Our Mate Endurance Review will help you know if this PE medication is worth taking.
Finding a cure for premature ejaculation can be difficult, especially when there are endless products claiming to cure it instantly.
Mate Endurance is a supplement that's touted as an all-natural treatment for premature ejaculation.
Grape seed extract, cinnamon, and fenugreek are some of the ingredients included in Mate Endurance.
The company notes it can take anywhere between a few weeks or up to three months to see results.
Unfortunately, not all of the treatments work as advertised. It's important that you try only the safest and most effective PE cures to maximize your success.
To help, we'll look at Mate Endurance to see if it truly helps in curing PE, and whether it's safe and worth trying today!
Mate Endurance is an all-natural supplement designed to treat PE. Its ingredients are meant to lightly mimic the ejaculation-delaying effect of certain antidepressants, but without the side effects of those stronger medications.
It does this primarily through the inclusion of L-Tryptophan, which may affect serotonin levels in a similar way to SSRI antidepressants, but on a much smaller scale.
As the founder of Mate noted, antidepressants can often cause delayed ejaculation. He imagined copying those effects just enough to reduce PE without excessively delaying orgasm or negatively interfering with sex or mental health.
The current price of a one-month supply is $43, with free shipping included. The daily dosage of Mate Endurance is 2 pills, at once, once a day.
The company also funded its own small-scale clinical study to view the effectiveness of their product on men. In the trial, half the participants took the supplement in the evening, and the other half took a placebo.
According to Mate’s study, they found that:
While these are interesting results, it’s worth noting that the participants were told not to time their sexual encounters, which is often an important measure during clinical trials for curing premature ejaculation.
Instead, they were simply told to report their feelings on the matter, along with their overall satisfaction.
Now, let's dive further into the research on the ingredients themselves to see if they’re beneficial against PE.
Mate Endurance has 12 ingredients, including:
While these ingredients are generally safe for most healthy adults, there are few studies on them directly related to premature ejaculation.
However, in a 2016 clinical trial, they found that a combination of four ingredients helped to significantly increase sexual longevity for men affected by PE.
Two of the ingredients in the study, L-Tryptophan and Tribulus, are also present in Mate Endurance. The other two ingredients, Satureja Montana and Phyllanthus Emblica, are not in Mate Endurance.
Since the ingredients and dosages aren't identical, we can't say for certain that Mate's combination will be equally as effective as in the study.
However, it does show that there is potentially some promise in some of the ingredients, although it's not conclusive.
Many of the other ingredients on the list are included to help increase nitric oxide production to aid in firmer erections, according to the company website.
The Mate Endurance dosage is two pills at once, once a day. During the company’s own trial, they had participants take the pills at night on an empty stomach.
The company doesn’t make a recommendation on when to take Mate, or whether it’s best with food or not. It may be ideal to follow their own trial and take it at night on an empty stomach.
According to the company, some users may experience benefits from Mate Endurance within the first few weeks of taking the supplement daily.
However, they also add that it may take up to three months to experience the full benefits.
This is a common trend among herbal sexual enhancement supplements, as it may take time for the ingredients to begin causing noticeable and beneficial changes.
According to user reviews, this timeline seems fairly accurate as well.
Based on the clinical study conducted by Mate Endurance, some users experienced the following side effects:
It’s important to consult with your doctor before trying Mate Endurance or any other sexual health supplement.
Some conditions that may potentially interfere with the product include:
Currently, there are few non-sponsored official reviews available of Mate Endurance.
While the company did sponsor its own clinical trial, the sample size was quite small and they did not ask users to time themselves during intercourse, which would have provided more clear data about Mate Endurance’s effectiveness.
However, the company currently has 33 verified reviews on their website, and the average rating is 5-stars.
The common trend in these 5-star reviews is that:
For some users who gave 3-star or 4-star reviews, they claimed that the product either didn’t work or did not provide enough benefit to justify the price.
As of now, there are no 2-star or 1-star reviews, and there are no claims of side effects that stand out as dangerous or concerning.
The ingredients in Mate Endurance show some potential for alleviating PE symptoms. Further studies will be needed to see how effective they are for most men.
The available studies are either from the company directly, or feature other ingredients, making the results inconclusive.
While the product may be safe and potentially effective, it can also take a long time to begin working.
Those who want a quicker solution may opt for products like a lidocaine-based desensitizing spray. It can begin working immediately to treat PE and help men last longer.
