Pulse Essential: Press the single power button on the opposite side of the (+) (-) for 3 seconds. The device will turn on and the PulsePlate™ will begin to vibrate. To change vibration modes, press the power button quickly and it will cycle through all 6 modes. You can change the intensity of the vibration modes with the (+) or (-) buttons. To turn the device off, hold the power button for 3 seconds.
